At Shop Elan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion finds aren't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
